Salmon Caesar Salad

📝Ingredients:
– Seafood: 3 anchovy fillets, 4 wild salmon filets (skin-on)
– Produce: 1 garlic clove, 1 lemon, 7 cups romaine lettuce
– Condiments & Dairy: 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

**Instructions:
1. Make the Dressing: Mash anchovies and garlic into a paste, then mix with mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Parmesan.
2. Cook the Salmon: Season salmon with salt and pepper. Sear skin-side down in a hot pan for 4–5 minutes, then flip and cook another 2 minutes.
3. Assemble the Salad: Toss romaine with dressing, top with flaked salmon, and garnish with extra Parmesan. Serve immediately.
