Grilled Lobster and Shrimp 🦞🍤

Indulge in a delicious seafood feast with perfectly grilled lobster tails and shrimp, bathed in a rich garlic butter marinade. This dish is perfect for any special occasion or a summery dinner with loved ones.
Ingredients
2 lobster tails 🦞
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined 🍤
4 tbsp olive oil 🫒
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 🧈
4 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 🍋
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
1 tsp paprika 🌶️
½ tsp salt 🧂
½ tsp black pepper 🌶️
Lemon wedges for serving 🍋
Instructions
1. Prep the Lobster and Shrimp:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Cut through the top shell of each lobster tail with kitchen shears, stopping at the base. Gently lift the lobster meat out and rest it on top of the shell.
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and set aside.
2. Make the Garlic Butter Marinade:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
3. Grill the Lobster and Shrimp:
Brush the lobster tails and shrimp generously with the garlic butter marinade.
Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side up. Grill for 10–12 minutes, basting occasionally, until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
Add the shrimp to the grill in the last 5 minutes. Grill each side for 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque.
4. Serve:
Remove the lobster tails and shrimp from the grill and arrange on a platter. Drizzle with any leftover garlic butter and sprinkle with extra parsley.
Serve with lemon wedges on the side for a burst of freshness.
