Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
For the Hard-Boiled Eggs:
6 large eggs
For the Filling:
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp white vinegar or lemon juice
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
⅛ tsp paprika (plus more for garnish)
1 tbsp finely chopped chives or parsley (optional)
Directions:
Hard-Boil the Eggs in the Air Fryer:

Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (132°C).
Place eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
Immediately transfer the eggs to an ice water bath and let them sit for 5 minutes before peeling.
Prepare the Filling:

Slice the peeled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
In a bowl, mash the yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until smooth.
Fill the Egg Whites:

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
Sprinkle with additional paprika and garnish with chives or parsley if desired.
Serve Immediately or Chill:

Enjoy fresh or refrigerate for up to 24 hours before serving.
