Creamy Chicken & Shrimp Pasta

ππ¦ Ingredients:
1 lb fettuccine pasta
2 chicken breasts, seasoned with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs
Β½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
Β½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Β½ cup chicken broth
1 tsp paprika
Β½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
ΒΌ cup fresh parsley, chopped
π₯ Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and slice.
In the same pan, add 1 tbsp olive oil and cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Reduce heat, melt butter, and sautΓ© garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until thick.
Toss in pasta and coat well with sauce. Top with sliced chicken and shrimp.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy!
