Broiled Lobster Tails Recipe 🦞✨

A simple yet elegant way to enjoy lobster tails with rich garlic butter and a hint of spice!
Ingredients
✔ 4 (10-oz) lobster tails (fresh or properly thawed)
✔ 1/4 cup salted butter, melted (1/2 stick)
✔ 2 cloves garlic, crushed
✔ 2 tsp lemon juice
✔ 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
✔ 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the broiler and adjust the oven rack to the top position (about 6 inches from heat).
2️⃣ Prepare the lobster tails: Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell lengthwise, stopping before the tail. Gently pull the meat up and rest it on top of the shell.
3️⃣ Make the butter sauce: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, crushed garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
4️⃣ Brush the lobster meat generously with the butter sauce.
5️⃣ Broil for 8–10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and lightly browned on top. Baste once more with butter halfway through.
6️⃣ Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges and melted butter.
