Garlic Shrimp Crostini with Avocado

Ingredients:
– 1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch rounds
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 3 garlic cloves, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 large avocado, sliced or mashed
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and toast for 5-7 minutes until golden.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
