Smoky BBQ Ribs

**Ingredients:
– 2 racks baby back ribs or St. Louis-style ribs
– 1 tbsp garlic powder
– 1 tbsp onion powder
– 1 tsp black pepper
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
– 1 tsp chili powder
– 1 tbsp smoked paprika
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp cumin
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 cup barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)
**Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 300Β°F (150Β°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
2. In a bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, brown sugar, cayenne, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and cumin.
3. Rub the ribs with olive oil, then coat evenly with the spice mixture.
4. Wrap the ribs in foil and bake for 2.5β3 hours until tender.
5. Remove ribs from the oven, brush with barbecue sauce, and broil for 5 minutes until caramelized.
